Hove Folk Club
AUGUST 2009 WEEKENDER
Hove Folk Club is organising its first full weekender at the Eclipse on the first weekend in August (replacing the first Friday, 7th August). At present the programme is as follows:
Friday 31st July, 8pm
Free performance by Robb Johnson and the Irregulars in the downstairs bar.
Saturday 1st August, 8pm
The inimitable Roy Bailey. As we expect considerable demand for this performance, we are accepting advance bookings.
Sunday 2nd August
12:30pm - 1pm: Kids' concert with Robb Johnson - free!
1pm - 2pm: Singaround - all singers welcome. Free!
First concert starts 2pm:
2pm: Pog
3pm: Mary Hampton
4pm: Philip Jeays
Second concert starts 7pm:
7pm: Floor singers/players welcome
8pm: Lorraine Bowen
9pm: Attila the Stockbroker
Entry to each session (other than the free ones, of course) costs a minimum of £5, but you can pay more if you wish - it will certainly be well worth it!
